Payment Policy:

All payments are to be made upon completion of work and receipt of our invoice. We allow 48 hours for payments to be made, and up to 72 hours when spanning across a weekend, Friday - Monday. Failure to adhere to this will incur an administrative charge of 20%. This is automatically added by our invoicing technology.

We appreciate your understanding and support with this.

Where properties are empty, for instance, End Of Tenancy (EOT), payments are required on completion of work. This saves the need for further follow-up details and ensures peace of mind.

Booking Policy:

Reservations are held for 24 hours, whilst a deposit is made to secure the allocated appointment.

All spaces should be secured with a deposit - this is deducted on the day of professional clean.

Cancellation Policy:

If an appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, a minimum call-out charge (area dependent) will be applied. If your booking covers a whole day or more and is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, a charge will be required to cover those days when work will not commence. These charges are due to our high demand and turning away potential clients.

If appointments are booked in advance and cancelled completely, this will result in a loss of deposit, due to administrative action required. If an appointment is cancelled within a 48 hour period, our minimum charge will apply.
